Yoga Teacher Training Program @ Santosh Yoga Institute

Yoga Teacher Training @ Santosh Yoga Institute

Learn traditional teaching methods, and deepen your practice!

Organic | Traditional | Transforming | Community oriented

Are you passionate about transforming yourself and your community? This traditional style of training encourages students to deepen their practice in order to find more peace and contentment within themselves.  As students find the benefits of yoga transforming their own lives, they will also be provided with many opportunities to serve their community and enhance the lives of others as well through this training.  As students move past merely the physical aspect of yoga into the deeper realms, they will find their lives to be transformed.

Our yoga training’s emphasis on self-discipline complemented by a supportive learning environment ensures that each student will have a life-changing experience.  If you wish to practice, teach, and spread yoga to benefit yourself and other people this is the training for you! This training is perfect for individuals with a desire to learn and serve!

Who can attend:

Anyone and everyone who has a desire to learn more about the ancient art of yoga is invited to this training. A yoga teacher training is a life-changing experience. Whether you plan on teaching as a professional or simply want to learn more about yourself and the practice of yoga, this is a great opportunity. Your training will provide you with the tools to teach your family and friends, strangers, or simply practice for yourself. The guidance you receive will help you to find your voice and self-confidence so that you can share the gift of yoga with others, but ultimately the biggest gift the training gives you is a deeper understanding of yourself and your practice.

You need to complete all your modules and projects within the provided time frame. Different certifications are given different lengths of time in which you must complete all coursework and projects.

Every Saturday 9-5 (Theory & Practice)
During a weekday   ( Practice – Two days – Flexible schedule)

We only meet as a group a few times a week so that anyone who desires to complete the training may do so at their convenience. Throughout the week you will have the opportunity to complete homework and do daily practice at your own time.
