gentle, rewarding and relaxing weather you are a  beginner or experienced practitioner.
Santosh Maknikar, Founder of Yoga For People  will be leading this class.
50 Min of Yoga + Meditation Technique. 10 Min of Laughing Yoga at the end of the class.
Please bring your own Yoga Mat & arrive 5-10  minutes before the class.
